Project: "METROPOLITAN - The City's Found Its Attitude" continues again with the inclusion of yet another style - this time, blond fringe. Jeffie Jeff transformed Kelly into a blond from out of nowhere. Again, Jeffie Jeff's make up and concept really stands out among the bustling metropolis as the background.
